Managed Services

For those that want to maintain their own on-premise infrastructure, Guardian Angel managed service platform is for you.  We install a small footprint piece of software, called an agent, on each workstation and server, allowing us to leverage technology to take care of technology.  With this highly secure method, we are able to automate many of the tasks that used to require an onsite visit.  If you want to know more, check out the details on the Guardian Angel page.

Cloud Computing

VoIP

Halo has done extensive research and has chosen to partner with RingCentral.  Thankfully, Gartner sees the same things Halo did…and has placed RingCentral at top of the list for cloud-based VoIP vendors.  While RingCentral may not be the cheapest, they offer the best UCaaS platform.  Not only does Halo resell RingCentral, we use it for our unified communications needs!

• Security Audits – Utilizing industry tools, we can audit your internal and external infrastructure to indentify weaknesses. Once weaknesses are identified, we can remediate those weaknesses to maintain a high level of security for your network.
• Internet connectivity – We will work with ISPs to coordinate installation/upgrades. In addition, we can supply, configure and maintain infrastructure that allows access to the Internet in a secure manner.
• Wireless Networks – While we don’t generally recommend wireless access in business environments, there are times when wireless access is necessary. We will recommend and deploy wireless access points/routers and secure them to help minimize the risk of breach through that medium.
• Antivirus, Antispyware, Anti-spam Management – Antimalware infrastructure is sadly very necessary in today’s computing environment. We stay abreast of current issues and implement strategies to help minimize risk for viral infection and spread.
